Sherlock Web External Complaint to Vendor
Via this module, you can send a complaint to a vendor. The vendor can answer the complaint directly in an external version of the supplier complaint in Sherlock Web Log. The mail is created via a button in Sherlock Web Log and includes your predefined auto-text, a link and a PIN code. The vendor may then state the cause of failure and corrective actions that are retained on the complaint form in Sherlock Web Log. The person in your company who processes the complaint will then be notified that the vendor has responded. Link and PIN can no longer be used by the vendor once the complaint has been answered.
Agents make sure to notify the supplier and the person responsible for processing this supplier complaint of time to follow up on the complaint.
