Sherlock Web External Customer Complaint
By using this module you can provide the service for your customers that they can enter their complaints via the internet. The customer receives an Email notification with the text he entered and the customer complaint is automatically transferred to Sherlock Web Log, ready to be processed immediately if you are online, and if you are offline, records are transferred as soon as you are back online.
An Email notification is automatically sent to an authorized person in your company and this person can choose to process the customer complaint himself or appoint another person.
The customer complaint is processed as usual in Sherlock Web Log.
