If you require a presentation of a Sherlock module or if you need assistance with your Sherlock System:

In order to assist you with our services and support , Sherlocks staff may require you to authorise us to connect to your PC and take over its operation remotely. During this time you will be able to see what are being undertaken on your PC. We are unable to connect to your PC without your explicit concent which is required each time we need to connect.

  1. Click on Sherlock QuickSupport
  2. If your browser requests confirmation of your intention to execute the downloaded Sherlock QuickSupport application, then please confirm this.
  3. Connect with the Sherlock support person on the phone.
  4. When presented with the Sherlock QuickSupport screen (an example is shown below) provide the ID and Password shown in YOUR screen to the Sherlock support person.
